No account creation or login is required to start using the core features of Skil. You can begin organizing your projects immediately upon downloading the app.

Using Skil

Getting Started

You may use Skil to document personal craft projects. The basic functionality is available without any purchase.

Additional Features

Skil includes an integrated store where you can access additional features or content. Any purchases made within this store are final and governed by the respective platform's (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) terms and conditions.

Device and Updates

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets any technical requirements for the app. Skil may update automatically to provide new features or improvements.

Your Content

"Your Content" refers to any information you add to Skil, including project names, photos, notes, material lists, and progress entries.

How Skil Handles Your Content

• Storage: Your Content is stored locally on your device by default. Features like iCloud Backup may involve storing copies on Apple's servers, subject to their policies.
• Export: You can export a visual report of your project to your device's Photos library. This creates a copy outside of the Skil app.
• Deletion: Deleting a project or entry within Skil removes it from the app. It is your responsibility to manage backups of any content you wish to keep permanently.

You affirm that you have the necessary rights to all content you upload or create in Skil, including photos.

App Features and Services

Skil provides the following core services to enhance your crafting experience:

1. Project Creation & Management: Organize projects with details like name, craft type, cover photo, and target completion date.
2. Progress Tracking: Create timeline entries with photos and notes to document each step of your project's evolution.
3. Material Management: Use simple checklists to track materials needed and items already purchased.
4. Gallery & Timeline Viewer: Browse finished projects in a gallery and review your entire creative journey in a full-screen timeline.
5. Visual Reports: Generate and export a summary of your project as an image file to your Photos library.

We strive to keep Skil functional and accessible but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Skil only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the app to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the app's code or security.
• Use automated systems or scripts to extract data from the app.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
